A chocolate fountain is a tiered stainless-steel fountain with a heating element in its basin. A motor-driven auger carries warm chocolate up to the top tier, and the chocolate then flows down continuously like a chocolate waterfall. Guests have a wonderful time dipping items such as fresh and dried fruits, cookies, marshmallows, and candies in the fountain. The warm chocolate is also wonderful for ladling over foods like sundaes, wedding cake, and pies.
Our fountain rentals are available in New York City. You can choose an unattended rental for up to 24 hours use in Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, etc. The fountain must be returned to the city within 24 hours.
We offer fountains in three sizes. The small serves up to 100 people; the medium serves up to 300 people; the large serves up to 600 people. If you want to offer your guests more variety, we suggest renting up to three fountains each with a different flavor of chocolate.
Your full-service chocolate fountain rental includes
Your attendant will be present an hour before your event to set up the fountain and about an hour afterwards to break down, remove, and clean the fountain. During the dipping time, your attendant assists guests with the fountain and answers fountain-related questions. He/she keeps the fountain replenished and discourages the guests from double-dipping and skinny-dipping.

We use kosher dairy chocolate in our fountains.
We charge $75.00 per half hour for additional dipping time and/or having the fountain pre-set at your event if that time goes beyond the two hours of time included with the serviced chocolate fountain rental. You can rent the picked-up or dropped-off, unattended, self-service chocolate fountains for up to 24 hours. That time can be extended at an additional cost.

We use premium Guittard couverture chocolate in our fountains. Guittard Chocolate is made in the United States. Couverture (French for “covering”) chocolate has about 35 percent more cocoa butter than regular chocolate and is used as a coating when making chocolates and truffles. It is ideal for chocolate fountain dipping.
Yes, we can. We can special-order couverture chocolates, including Valrhona, El Rey, Santander, etc. There will be an additional charge for procuring any alternative chocolate.
Yes, we carry comprehensive general liability insurance and we have a certificate in food-handling from the New York City Department of Health.
No, we use Sephra Chocolate Fountains exclusively. They sell commercial and fountains for home use.
Pretty much anything your heart desires except particularly crumbly foods like certain cakes, brownies, or delicate cookies. Crumbs can interfere with the smooth flow of the chocolate. See our list of Divalicious Dipping Item Suggestions.
Divalicious can provide dipping items for your event at an additional cost on a per-person basis. Please refer to Dippers for our package information. Often the caterer, the venue, or banquet facility providing the food for your event will prefer to supply the dipping items as well. There are issues related to health, storage, and logistics that can make this the ideal situation. You can provide the dipping items yourself. We can accommodate whatever situation you require. We rent chocolate fountains two ways. Our unattended chocolate fountain service is the best value and provides the most privacy for you and your guests. How do I book the Divalicious Chocolate Fountain for my event?
You can reserve your Divalicious Chocolate Fountain via our contact form or by calling (929) 277-9175. We will get back to you to arrange your rental. We require a completed, signed contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a fountain for your event. The balance of your payment is due 14 days prior to the date of your event.
Reservations are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unfortunately, chocolate fountains are very attractive to insects. The flow of the chocolate is too sensitive to wind and temperature shifts to be used outdoors. Rain or any water will ruin the chocolate instantly and could damage the machine. If you rent the chocolate fountain and use it outdoors, you are responsible for any damage to the fountain as a result and will be charged accordingly.
